Corey Roder – Founder
After serving in the United States Army, Corey earned degrees in Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, and a Master’s in Accounting, ultimately achieving his CPA license. He began his career in private equity and later joined Grant Thornton as an auditor, gaining experience across industries like banking, real estate, technology, and manufacturing.
Corey then transitioned to national consulting firms, where he specialized in technical accounting, ASC 606 and 842 compliance, and automation projects to streamline costs. He also consulted for Toyota Financial Services, participating in the shift from GAAP to IFRS and managing key financial processes.
As an entrepreneur, Corey successfully launched a distillery and a construction company, where he served as COO and CFO, driving growth across multiple states. With a strong foundation and trained successors in place, he now focuses on helping other companies grow as a fractional CFO.
